In-App Purchases
Bokz offers in-app purchases ("IAPs") that allow you to access premium features, content, or services. All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
Types of In-App Purchases

- One-time purchases for premium content or features
- Recurring subscription plans for ongoing access to premium services

Billing and Refunds

Subscription Management

Purchase Information
We collect and store information about your in-app purchases for the purpose of providing access to purchased content, maintaining your subscription status, and improving our services. This information may include purchase dates, item details, and transaction status. We do not store your full payment card details, as these are securely managed by Apple.
User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
Bokz maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate UGC. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users.
The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated on our platform:
- Pornographic and sexual content: Any material containing nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit imagery or descriptions
- Violent or disturbing content: Imagery or descriptions of violence, self-harm, torture, or other content likely to cause significant distress
- Discriminatory or hateful content: Material that promotes or incites discrimination, prejudice, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Gambling-related content: Any promotion of or information about illegal gambling, betting, or gaming activities
- Drug-related content: Material depicting, promoting, or providing instructions for the use of illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Political propaganda: Content aimed at inciting division, violence, or harm through political messaging or extremism
- Offensive language and harassment: Extremely vulgar language, personal attacks, bullying, or content that demeans, humiliates, or threatens others
- Content violating moral and ethical standards: Any material that is generally regarded as offensive or contrary to widely accepted moral principles
We explicitly prohibit any form of user harassment, including辱骂 (insults), personal attacks, or targeted abuse. Such behavior will result in immediate account action.
By submitting UGC, you confirm that your content complies with this policy and that you have all necessary rights to share the content.
Reporting Inappropriate Content
We rely on our community to help maintain a safe environment. If you encounter any content that violates our UGC policy or this Privacy Policy, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:
In-App Reporting
1. Locate the content you wish to report
2. Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the content
3. Select "Report" from the dropdown menu
4. Choose the most appropriate reason for your report and provide additional details if necessary
Email Reporting
Send an email to contactmail@bokzlive.com with the following information:
- Direct link or screenshot of the content
- Username of the content creator
- Specific reason for reporting (referencing our UGC policy)
- Any additional context that may assist in our review
Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24-48 hours. We take every report seriously and will take appropriate action based on the severity of the violation.
Enforcement Actions
When we determine that content or user behavior violates our policies, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove or restrict access to the violating content
- Issue a warning to the user
- Temporarily suspend the user's ability to post UGC
- Temporarily ban the user from the Services
- Permanently ban the user from the Services
- Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities
Repeat offenders will face escalating consequences, up to and including permanent account termination without warning. We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect our community and enforce our policies.

For users located in the European Union, Bokz complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes the following rights:
